Cost includes all the equipment needed for the game and at referees to run the games. The missions for private games will be designed to meet the age, skill and goals desired for your group.
Laser Team Challenge has both a three story, 45,000 square foot indoor location and an outdoor wooded area with trails. Your group can participate in one of our regularly schedule two hour open games or schedule a private game.
Open game : $15 per person for at least about 2 hours of play (three hours total). Church and school groups get a 10% discount ($13.50 per person). We have two open games on Saturday.
Private Game: $15 per person. The cost for on-sight private games of 16 or fewer is $250. We can accommodate up 75 players at a time.
Event fee: $600 for up to three hours (including briefing and play time) and $100 for each additional hour.
Transportation fee: 50 cents a mile from Alpena. An additional 25 cents a mile will be added if inflatable bunkers are required for a total of 75 cents a mile. Lodging will be added, if an over-night stay is necessary.
The transportation fee can be split if we can schedule additional events on the same trip. Let us know if there are other organizations, groups or individuals in your area that are interested in scheduling a game the same day or within a day of your event.
This includes one referee to brief and run the missions. We would ask you to provide two additional people to assist with set up and take down if inflatable obstacles are needed for indoor games.
Our basic outdoor event model typically runs a series of missions for two teams of up to 16 people each (32 total) for the entire period with minimal substitution of players. However, we can run large numbers of people through by switching out players every 15 to 30 minutes. We would need assistance from your staff to aid in organizing the schedule and the players, managing the groups waiting to play, and helping switch out equipment between rounds.
